LMNO Properties - Portland Street
EFP Engineering is pleased to be working for LMNO Properties Ltd. on a great project in Dartmouth.
We are coordinating with T.A. Scott Architecture & Design to provide full mechanical design services for the multi-building development on Portland Street.
The first building will include 60 residential units, indoor parking, amenity spaces, commercial units, bicycle parking, and a rooftop terrace.
