Storage Inn
EFP Engineering was responsible for the mechanical and electrical design for the new Storage Inn facility currently under construction on Massachusetts Avenue. Located in Halifax’s North End, this state-of-the-art facility includes seven levels of storage. The building is complimented by an interior drive-thru aisle for easy access regardless of the weather and includes office space for facility management.
Our team provided design services, including robust climate control systems designed to ensure required temperature and humidity levels are maintained. The building also features in-floor heating in the drive-thru and office areas.
