Portland Landing Mixed-Use Building
Located in the heart of Downtown Dartmouth, this 2.5 storey mixed-use building contains four residential units and six commercial units. As a renovation project, this building uniquely incorporates historic construction with modern finishes.
EFP provided full mechanical design services for this project, including design of base building services to support ‘white box’ condition for the six commercial spaces.
