Oberland Agriscience Expansion
EFP is proud to be working with Oberland Agriscience on their new Grassy Lake Drive expansion project in Halifax, a 100,000 square foot Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL) rearing facility. Oberland Agriscience is at the forefront of sustainable protein production and is committed to achieving the lowest carbon footprint per gram of protein produced in the industry. Their goals will be achieved through the use of high-efficiency HVAC systems and renewable energy sources, all while accommodating the rigorous temperature, humidity and ventilation demands required by the rearing process.
EFP is providing full mechanical design services for this project.
