Moffatt's Development
EFP is working with ZZap Consulting and Anchor Group Management to provide full mechanical design services for the redevelopment of the iconic Moffatt’s Pharmacy property. Located at the corner of Portland Street and Canal Street in the growing Dartmouth Canal community, the existing building which has graced Downtown Dartmouth for nearly 100 years will be replaced by a new pharmacy space along with a residential tower rising 7-storeys that will include 37 units and underground parking.
